Since March 2002 Sebastian Gallehr has been managing the European Business Council for Sustainable Energy (e5). After general management of the association, Sebastian Gallehr is representing in his function as CEO approx. 110 European enterprises in their requirements of a future capable energy economy on national and European level.

Christophe Albig

Christophe Albig has over twenty years experience in consultancy, financing, project management, business development and entrepreneurship. He has major expertise in commerce and capital procurement and accompaniment of start-up companies. Christophe Albig is accredited lawyer in Germany. He lived and worked in London, Paris, Nice and Frankfurt and is general manager of companies in Great Britain and Germany. He also chairs two charitable foundations.

Julio Lambing
Managing Director
He has sixteen years of communications experience in the sectors of training, consulting, sales and strategic distrubution. For more than eight years he has been working in the sphere of communicating the issues climate protection and sustainable energy from a proactive entrepreneur's view to consumers, companies, multiplicators, institutions of society and politics. In the past he concentrated on the innovation of the European power plant park, emission trading, Post-Kyoto-Policies and general corporate responsibility. To date, his activities focus on the UN process and the recent debate about climate justice. He is also convinced that we must learn from diverse milieus and cultures in order to attain a symbiosis of novel technologies, economies and lifestyles which reconcile the aspiration of sustainability with the achievements of the modern age.

Hans Schuhmacher
Policy Analyst
Hans Schuhmacher works for e5 as a policy analyst. His research and activities focus on policies, positions and processes related to climate justice, technology transfer and IPRs as well as on sustainable development in the context of global climate politics. He is a qualified surveying and geographical information system project engineer. Since the mid-nineties, Hans Schuhmacher transacted press, public relations and multimedia activities for environment-friendly business, social projects and NGOs. Originally he studied pre- and protohistory, European ethnology and German studies. He speaks German and English and reads Latin, Old Norse, Gothic and Middle High German.
Gudrun Merkle
Project Manager
Gudrun Merkle studied Politics and Adult Education in Tübingen. Since 2004, she has been gathering wide organisational experience in the sphere of political adult education: local politics, gender issues and rightist extremism. 1998 – 2006 she was a volunteer in the youth environmental movement, periodically in leading positions. As project manager, Gudrun Merkle organises the project "Climate Justice as Business Case - Climate Justice as a concern of German business".
Peter Linsenmann
Adviser Investment Industry & International Trade
Peter Linsenmann has 20 years’ experience in leading positions with multinational finance companies as well as directing numerous activities in international trade involving developing countries. Moreover, his management experience and skills encompass the organization and financing of international projects in the spheres of tourism and consumer goods. As a cosmopolitan and avid traveler he has visited many countries and remote areas all over the world in order to become acquainted with different people and their cultures.

Zdenek Lomecky
Representative for Eastern Europe
Since the beginning of the e-turn21 project in 2004 Zdenek Lomecky is the e5 contact person for Eastern European States. Besides this Zdenek Lomecky is the representative of the e5-SEA project. Mr. Lomecky is Chairman of the Bullet1 First Power Consultancy Ltd. and provides the e5 office in the Czech Republic.
